Ashuraa is the day when Muses led the Jews through the sea on their way out of Egypt towards Palestine.
on that day Moses hit the water with his stick opening an escape path for the Jews from Ferron and his soldiers.
Muslims celebrate this day by fasting, because they do believe in the Prophet Moses as a faith standard in Islam.
